Our colleagues of Guru3d posted a review of the Asus X570-E Strix Gaming motherboard. In short the Asus X570-E Strix Gaming is positioned as a mid-level motherboard for Ryzen 3000 series cpu’s with a lot of features including SupremeFX 8-channel audio, Realtek 2.5G Ethernet, 802.11ax wifi, SLI/Crossfire support and USB 3.2.
The VRM section consist of a 6 phase design with 12 chokes controlled by a Digi+ ASP1405I PWM controller and International Rectifier (IR3555M) Mosfets which prove to remain very cool under load on this particular board. Be aware that Guru3D tested with a Ryzen 7 3700X not a Ryzen 9 3900X/3950X that would put more strain on the VRM and thus will lead to higher temperatures on that particular cpu.
